Our production team conducts meticulous quality checks at every stage of manufacturing. No wallpaper leaves our workshop without our 100% assurance of its quality.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your purchase, please contact our team, and we will take the necessary steps. It is important to note that our wallpapers are custom-made, unique for each wall, and therefore have no resale value. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of plans or after the installation.
For printing defects or defective products, we will take responsibility and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will ask you to send us photos to confirm the error. If the error is justified, we will provide a replacement wallpaper within 90 days after the initial order is received.
Please note that a claim will only be accepted before the wallpaper is installed. Be sure to carefully inspect your panels before installation.
For every order placed on our site, we take a screenshot to verify that the final product matches your expectations. However, mistakes can happen. In such cases, we will offer an exchange once the problem is identified.
